Our music programme
The music course for sixth, seventh, and eighth graders includes one weekly lesson per class and aims to provide students with analytical and comparative tools to broaden their musical horizons. Through guided listening and hands‑on practice, students are encouraged to explore the deeper meaning of music and understand its relevance in their everyday lives.
A crucial aspect of the program is the preparation and performance of the school concert, a true musical event where students perform on stage accompanied by a band of professional musicians. Although the preparation requires nearly all the available time, and often beyond, it offers the students a unique and valuable opportunity: experiencing music as true protagonists and gaining a real sense of what it means to be part of a live performance.
